CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 392(L&C) am An Act relating to                           
access by the Department of Environmental Conservation and the                 
Department of Fish and Game to confidential records for fisheries              
businesses and resources prepared or kept by the Department of                 
Revenue under AS 43.75.015; relating to certain salmon products                
reports; and providing for an effective date was read the second               
time.                                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Green, Vice Chair,  moved and asked unanimous consent for              
the adoption of the Resources Senate Committee Substitute offered              
on page 3362. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR                          
HOUSE BILL NO. 392(RES) was adopted and read the second time.                  
                                                                               
Senator Leman, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous               
consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third               
reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so              
ordered.
